ਅੱਜ ਤੋਂ ਗਿਆਰਾਂ ਸਾਲ ਪਹਿਲਾਂ, ਦਾਸ ਯੂਟਿਊਬ ‘ਤੇ ਚੰਡੀ ਦੀ ਵਾਰ ਦੀ ਇਕ ਵੀਡੀਓ ਦੇਖ ਰਿਹਾ ਸੀ, ਅਤੇ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ ਦਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਸ਼੍ਰੀ ਦਸਮ ਗ੍ਰੰਥ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੋਰ ਖੋਜ ਕਰਨ ਦੀ ਪ੍ਰੇਰਣਾ ਮਿਲੀ। ਕਈ ਵਾਰ ਇਹ ਸਮਝ ਨਹੀਂ ਆਉਂਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਕਿਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੁੱਛੀਏ ਜਾਂ ਕਿਥੇ ਜਾਈਏ ਤਾਂ ਜੋ ਦਸਮ ਬਾਣੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਹੋਰ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਮਿਲੇ । ਜਿੱਥੇ ਦਾਸ ਰਹਿੰਦਾ ਹਾਂ, ਉਥੇ ਪੁੱਛਣਾ ਔਖਾ ਸੀ।
ਕੁਝ ਨੂੰ ਇਹ ਬਾਣੀਆਂ ਬਾਰੇ ਗਿਆਨ ਨਹੀਂ ਸੀ, ਤੇ ਜੋ ਗੁਟਕਾ ਸਾਹਿਬ ਦਾਸ ਕੋਲ ਸੀ, ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਵਿੱਚ ਇਹ ਬਾਣੀਆਂ ਛਪੀ ਨਹੀਂ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਸਨ।
ਦਾਸ ਨਹੀਂ ਜਾਣਦਾ ਸੀ ਕਿ ਹੋਣ ਕੀ ਕਰੀਏ। ਪਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ, ਦਾਸ ਨੇ ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਅੱਗੇ ਅਰਦਾਸ ਕੀਤੀ ਅਤੇ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਨੇ ਰਸਤਾ ਵਿਖਾਇਆ। ਇਕ ਗੱਲ ਤੋਂ ਦੂਜੀ, ਸਭ ਕੁਝ ਰੱਬੀ ਰਹਿਮਤ ਨਾਲ ਹੋਇਆ। ਆਖਿਰਕਾਰ, ਦਾਸ ਨੂੰ ਪੋਥੀ ਸਾਹਿਬਾਂ ਪ੍ਰਾਪਤ ਹੋਈਆਂ ਅਤੇ ਲੱਗਿਆ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਅੰਦਰਲੀ ਰੂਹ ਨੂੰ ਭੁੱਖ ਸੀ ਸਿੱਖਣ ਦੀ, ਸਮਝਣ ਦੀ। ਕੁਝ ਦਿਨ ਬਹੁਤ ਭਾਵੁਕ ਰਹੇ, ਲੱਗਦਾ ਸੀ ਜਿਵੇਂ ਜੀਵਨ ਦਾ ਕੋਈ ਵੱਡਾ ਹਿੱਸਾ ਗੁੰਮ ਸੀ। ਪਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਨੇ ਰਸਤਾ ਵਿਖਾਇਆ, ਅਤੇ ਦਾਸ ਨੇ ਅਭਿਆਸ ਕਰਨਾ ਸ਼ੁਰੂ ਕਰ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
ਅਤੇ ਹੁਣ ਅਸੀਂ ਸਾਰੇ ਇੱਥੇ ਹਾਂ ਇਕੱਠੇ ਹੋ ਕੇ ਗੁਰੂ ਜੀ ਦੀ ਬਾਣੀ ਸਿੱਖ ਰਹੇ ਹਾਂ। ਇਹ ਵੇਖਣਾ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਅਦਭੁਤ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਸੰਗਤ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਵਧ ਰਹੀ ਹੈ, ਸਾਰੇ ਕਿਵੇਂ ਸਹਿਯੋਗੀ ਹਨ, ਅਤੇ ਇਹ ਰਾਹ ਕਿੰਨਾ ਸੋਹਣਾ ਹੈ, ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਨਾਲ। ਇਹ website ਇਸ ਲਈ ਬਣਾਇਆ ਗਿਆ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਸਾਥ ਦੇ ਕੇ ਸਿੱਖੀ ਵਿੱਚ ਵਧੀਏ। 1 ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦਾ ਅਸਲ ਮਕਸਦ ਹੈ: ਅਭਿਆਸ ਕਰਨਾ, ਅਰਥ ਸਮਝਣਾ, ਅਤੇ ਸਭ ਤੋਂ ਵੱਡੀ ਗੱਲ, ਅਕਾਲ ਪੁਰਖ ਨਾਲ ਜੁੜਨਾ।
1 ਸਿੱਖੀ ਦਾ ਉਦੇਸ਼ ਹੈ ਕਿ ਅਸੀਂ ਇੱਕ ਦੂਜੇ ਨੂੰ ਆਤਮਕ ਤੌਰ ’ਤੇ ਵਧਾਵੀਏ ਅਤੇ ਰੱਬ ਨਾਲ ਨਾਤਾ ਜੋੜੀਏ। ਹੋ ਸਕਦਾ ਹੈ ਕੋਈ ਹੋਰ ਵੀ ਹੋਵੇ ਜੋ ਉਹੀ ਗੱਲਾਂ ਮਹਿਸੂਸ ਕਰ ਰਿਹਾ ਹੋਵੇ ਜੋ ਕਦੇ ਦਾਸ ਨੇ ਕੀਤੀਆਂ। ਅਤੇ ਜੇਕਰ ਵਾਹਿਗੁਰੂ ਦੀ ਕਿਰਪਾ ਹੋਵੇ, ਤਾਂ ਉਹ ਵਿਅਕਤੀ ਇਹ website ਵੇਖ ਲਵੇ, ਅਤੇ ਉਹਨਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਸਵਾਲਾਂ ਦੇ ਜਵਾਬ ਇੱਥੇ ਮਿਲ ਜਾਣ।

Sangat Ji, I’ve noticed a few comments on recent posts leaning toward political or sensitive topics on Instagram. Das had to delete those comments because 1 Sikhi is strictly focused on learning and reflecting upon Guru Ji’s Gurbani. Das has no intention of getting into political matters, this page is not about that. So please, for the love of Akaal Purakh, I humbly request: do not discuss politics here on 1 Sikhi.
Eleven years ago, Das was watching a YouTube video on Chandi Di Vaar, and with Vaheguru’s kirpa, I was inspired to research more about Sri Dasam Granth. There were times I didn’t know who to ask or where to turn to learn more about Dasam Baanis. It was difficult to ask around, and the Gutka Sahibs I had didn’t include them.
I didn’t know what else to do. But with Vaheguru’s kirpa, Das did Ardaas to Akaal Purakh and They showed me the way. One thing led to another. Eventually, Das received the Pothi Sahibs, and it felt like my inner soul had been hungry, desperate to learn. There were days I felt deeply emotional, like a whole part of my life had been missing. But Vaheguru guided me, and I began practicing.
And now, here we all are learning Guru Ji’s Baanis together. It’s amazing how our community has grown, how supportive everyone has been, and how beautiful this journey is with Vaheguru’s kirpa. This website was created to help us grow together in Sikhi to learn those Baanis we may never have come across before. This is what 1 Sikhi is about: bringing people together, evolving, learning the meanings, and above all, practicing the Baanis and connecting with Akaal Purakh.
The purpose of 1 Sikhi website is to help each other evolve spiritually and connect with Akaal Purakh. Someone out there may be going through what Das once went through. And with Vaheguru’s kirpa, they will find this website and it will help them find the answers they’ve been searching for.
This page is also important for the future generations, so that this knowledge and connection remains when someone needs it most.
Above all, Gurbani is the answer to everything. What Das went through Vaheguru helped show the path.
