• Political misinterpretation
• Unauthorised affiliations
• Legal challenges without merit
By continuing to access or use our materials, visitors acknowledge this disclaimer as binding and representative of our intent to operate peacefully, independently, and in strict alignment with the teachings of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
Any individual, platform, or organisation who attempts to misrepresent or exploit One Sikhi’s Seva without permission does so at their own risk.

section 9: Disclaimer & Message Policy
9.1 One Sikhi has recently been receiving indirect messages under false pretences, some of which appear to be attempts to provoke, frame, or cause harm to this platform.

9.4 All content shared here is under Guru Sahib’s Kirpa, and holds no political or jatha-based affiliation.
9.5 Disclaimer & Messaging Policy is not to make anyone feel unwelcome. We know there are many beautiful, well-intentioned souls out there but on a private messaging platform, it is difficult to know who is genuine and who is not.
9.6 For openness and clarity, we humbly request that you comment publicly on posts, where the Sangat can also engage and support your questions.
9.7 We are not responsible for the views, replies, or comments made by others in the public comment sections. Please use your own discretion and spiritual understanding when engaging with others.

12.1 We don’t belong to any Jatha, Dera, or political group. This Seva is done freely from love for Gurbani, from devotion to Guru Sahib, and with the simple hope to serve the Sangat through remembrance, reflection, and truth. Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji is, and will always be, the eternal living Guru of the Khalsa Panth. Declared by Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji Himself, this truth stands above all noise, and it is where our Seva begins and ends.
12.2 We also hold deep and sincere respect for Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Ji and Sri Sarbloh Granth Sahib Ji as they carry the spirit, strength, and revealed wisdom of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji, the Tenth Master.
12.3 Any violation of the principles outlined in our Spiritual Transparency Statement especially in reference to the Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Ji and the Sri Sarbloh Granth Sahib Ji will result in immediate and permanent account banning for that individual.
12.4 One Sikhi is a peaceful Seva-based platform rooted in spiritual reverence and unity. We humbly urge all participants to take deep caution and refrain from disrespect, intolerance, or provocation of any kind.
12.5 One Sikhi is a spiritual platform. We do not promote protests, politics, or any form of unlawful action. All visual content, including weaponry, is shared solely as spiritual symbolism, not as a call to action.
section 13: Symbolism & Imagery at One Sikhi
13.1 Some Banis we share like Durga Kavach, Chandi Astotra, and other spiritual compositions from the Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Ji and the Sri Sarbloh Granth Sahib Ji include powerful imagery and references to divine names.
13.2 In Sikhi, these are spiritual metaphors, not calls to worship forms or deities.
13.3 These compositions express inner strength, divine justice, and the soul’s journey toward truth, as conveyed through Gurmat teachings.
13.4 One Sikhi does not promote idol worship.
13.5 With those that do practice idol worshipping in other faiths, we respect them, and we do not judge them.

14.2 One Sikhi does not promote political movements, protests, or unlawful actions of any kind.
14.3 Our Seva is shared with peace in mind, rooted in spiritual reflection, not activism.
14.4 This page exists solely for spiritual learning, inspiration, and connection through Gurbani.
section 15: No DMs. No Exceptions.
15.1 1Sikhi does not respond to unsolicited private messages.
15.2 We often receive DMs like “Check inbox” or “I messaged you” whether from anonymous profiles or named accounts, these are uninvited and will not be entertained.
15.3 Any accounts repeatedly sending such messages will be blocked immediately to protect the sanctity of this spiritual space. This is not a marketplace. This is remembrance.
section 16: Note on Balance & Practice
16.1 At One Sikhi, we respectfully share Banis from Sri Dasam Granth Sahib Ji and Sri Sarbloh Granth Sahib Ji. Our focus remains on honouring all Gurbani with the utmost reverence. We encourage the Sangat to build a strong spiritual grounding through Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji first, so that they may approach all other Bani with clarity, respect, and spiritual steadiness.
16.2 These Banis carry divine power and wisdom. They speak of spirituality and are best received through humility, understanding, and guidance.
16.3 We share the teachings of the Gurus through Seva, with the intention of supporting spiritual growth, awareness, and remembrance. While we aim to offer clarity, how individuals interpret or practice these teachings remains their own responsibility.
16.4 We are not accountable for how anyone interprets or acts upon the Banis outside of Gurmat discipline. Approach with nimrata (humility). Walk with soch (awareness). And always let Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji be the light that guides everything else.
16.5 This statement was carefully prepared by the One Sikhi Legal Team to support Das and all at One Sikhi in upholding transparency and spiritual values across every platform.

54.1 One Sikhi upholds the Sikh faith through Gurmat teachings and Gurbani. It does not operate as a socio-political movement or a platform for activism. The focus remains solely on spiritual growth, not political commentary or mobilization.
section 55: Emergency Response Disclaimer
No Crisis Support Provided:
55.1 One Sikhi does not provide emergency mental health support, crisis services, or suicide prevention. Seekers in distress should contact professional, medical, or local emergency services.
section 56: Translation Reflection
Translation Reflection Note:
56.1 The meanings and translations shared on One Sikhi are offered with heartfelt study, personal vichaar, and under the spiritual guidance of Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
56.2 These reflections are not official Teekas, nor do they claim to replace the deep insights of learned scholars or traditional commentaries.
56.3 We humbly encourage the Sangat to continue their own journey of discovery, to cross-reference with authentic sources, and to always return to the original Shabad as the ultimate anchor of Truth.
section 57: Misuse of Content Disclaimer
Spiritual Misrepresentation Notice:
57.1 One Sikhi strictly condemns any use of its content, visual, written, or spoken, to incite violence, cause division, or justify confrontational behaviour in any religious or public space. This includes Gurdwaras, Sangat gatherings, or online forums. Our platform shares reflections with the sole intent of spiritual growth and self-discipline in line with Gurmat.
57.2 We are not responsible for any individual’s actions taken out of personal interpretation or emotional reaction. Any such misuse goes against the spirit and message of One Sikhi.
section 58: Sacred Media & Content Disclaimer
58.1 The videos, images, and media shared on One Sikhi’s platforms, including visual depictions of Senchian, Gutka Sahibs, Pothi Sahibs, and respected Granths are created and posted with utmost reverence for educational and spiritual purposes only.
58.2 One Sikhi does not claim authorship or editing rights over the Bani featured. The sacred writings showcased are sourced from reputable printers and publishers within the Sikh tradition.

59.1 The background music used in One Sikhi's videos, whether on Instagram, YouTube, or other platforms is selected with careful intention to support spiritual awakening, not for entertainment purposes.
59.2 All audio selections are chosen to enhance reflection, create emotional depth, and help the viewer connect inwardly with the message of Gurbani. These sounds are curated to support the atmosphere of remembrance (Simran), not as performance or media promotion.
59.3 We respectfully state that we are not liable for emotional or cultural disagreements based on background music or sound design. One Sikhi does not encourage idle listening, but encourages viewers to engage deeply and reflect on the message of the Shabad.
59.4 If accusations or personal attacks are made toward One Sikhi based solely on our use of background audio, and done with the intent to harass, slander, or defame, such actions will be seen as unjustified and a form of digital harassment. We will not engage in arguments, but we will stand firm in our stated intentions.
59.5 We humbly encourage viewers to approach every video with Guru-consciousness, and to always turn to authentic Gutka Sahibs, Pothi Sahibs, and Senchian for direct study and practice.
59.6 Background audio is selected for spiritual depth — not entertainment. If misunderstood or misused, we stand by our stated purpose.
59.7 The videos shared by One Sikhi have, by Guru Sahib’s Kirpa, inspired many members of the Sangat to reconnect with Gurbani and begin direct practice from respected Pothi Sahibs, Gutka Sahibs, and Senchian. This Seva is offered with gratitude, not ego, and we acknowledge the true source of guidance is always Sri Guru Granth Sahib Ji.
